CONDITIONS

PROFESSIONAL COMPETITION SANCTIONED BY THE KCBS

This competition is sanctioned by the KCBS http://www.kcbs.us/about.php

You must supply your own equipment. Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork & Brisket - teams need to do all 4 to qualify for Grand Champion

Cook’s meeting Friday June 15th, at 6 pm. The pro’s competition will be judged at noon on Saturday June 16th, 2018.

Important : for American competitors, crossing meat across the Canadian border as long as it does not surpass 10 kg per person and that the meat will not be sold in Canada.

Cost:

  • Registration fee 250$ Cdn (286.98$ with taxes) payable by check made out to
    Les Promotions FESTIRIB inc.

    Must be sent before June 1 2018.
  • You can also do an e-mail transfer to festirib@gmail.com
  • Cancellation: No refund if done within 15 days to the event. Before that date, your money will be refunded at 50%.

  • Grand champion overall 750$ and Reserve overall 500$
  • 1st place 400$
  • 2nd place 300$
  • 3rd place 200$
  • 4th place 100$
