You must supply your own equipment. Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork & Brisket - teams need to do all 4 to qualify for Grand Champion
Cook’s meeting Friday June 15th, at 6 pm. The pro’s competition will be judged at noon on Saturday June 16th, 2018.
Important : for American competitors, crossing meat across the Canadian border as long as it does not surpass 10 kg per person and that the meat will not be sold in Canada.
